It is liquidity enough that you are able to blend it into the skin perfectly but it dries fast enough that it will not transfer on to any of your clothing. Once I did find my perfect shade, the application was great. I happen to fall between medium and medium light so finding my perfect shade was not the easiest thing to do. This foundation can be tricky to find your shade as they do not feature many colors, which for me is a definite flaw. For me the more the coverage the better, if I am going to be using makeup i want to look as flawless as possible.
